Step 3: Choose your sales rep

Choose a sales rep to handle conversations. The sales rep can define their customer-facing identity (profile image and name) and invite multiple reps to the same channel to chat with buyers together.

Provide the form you want Knock to fill out when a lead is identified. We recommend creating a separate, non-visible form not connected to your email automation. The form should include standard information: Name, Company, and Business Email.
