Step 1: Add Knock to Your Website (1 min)

  • Insert a single line of code (Knock Tag) into your website.
  • Your Knock Tag is in your onboarding file—if you can’t find it, contact Knock Support on Slack.

Step 2: Install Knock in Your Slack Workspace (1 min)

Manage all Knock conversations directly in Slack—no extra tools needed!

  • If you don’t have Slack, create a free workspace here.
  • Click the Knock App Link to install Knock in Slack.
    • The Knock App link is in your onboarding file. Can’t find it? Reach out to Knock Support.

Step 3: Connect Knock to Your CRM (2 min)

  2. Click ‘Integrations’
  3. Select your CRM and connect
